Grille Profiles AEG56
The grille consists of 56 mm aluminium profiles AEG56. The profile features embedded rectangular cutouts. Each cutout size is 7 x 3 cm, resulting in a total transparency of 42% for the grille curtain. These grilles are designed for openings up to 4.5 meters wide with a maximum grille area of 13.5 m².
For larger openings, larger size profiles (AEG84) and stronger components are used. Please refer to the section: "Roller Grilles for Large Openings."
Increase of strength
Adding reinforcing profiles above 3-meter-wide openings
By adding specially durable reinforcing profiles to the panel, the roller grille provides increased strength and additional stability.
The reinforcing profile, like the grille profile, is made of quality aluminum. Its double walls and an additional reinforcement ribs inside the profile provide greater resistance to bending.
By combining the placement of the reinforcing profile among various numbers of grilled profiles, it is possible to install roller grilles in wider and larger openings. Please refer to the placement combinations below.

For Reliable Operation
Elements for safety
1 - Movable carriages
Prolong the operating life of your roller grills by ensuring smooth and secure movement of the curtain along the guide rails, which reduces the load on the motor and the suspension system.
2 - Safety brake
A safety brake prevents dropping of the grill curtain in case of electric motor failure.
3 - Hand operation for emergency opening
The design allows manually opening and close the roller grid in case of emergencies, such as power supply interruption or motor damage.
4 - Safety edge system
The equipment includes a safety system that automatically stops the grill's automatic movement if an obstruction is detected in the opening. As an additional equipment, roller grill can be equipped with additional safety systems, such as sensors - safety photo grids, also known as "safety curtains," which monitor the opening and detect obstacles during operation.
